What can I say, Dan and Billy our heroes of the day, they arrived on time quickly put us at ease, we are in our seventies and we’re shattered with packing etc, the two young men put us at ease and professionally and with good humour did a fantastic job of clearing our house, they worked none stop by lunchtime we were off to our new apartment were Dan and Billy did yet another great job of putting beds and wardrobes back together and placed were we needed them, not ounce did they lack enthusiasm or good manners, what a wonderful crew. I also want to say thanks to the young lady in reception who looked after us and even had to rearrange the moving date at short notice with no problems at all. So thanks to you all for being a wonderful team and worth your weight in gold

The lads came into our property and whipped everything out in a flash! They were quick and professional all whilst being jovial. Nothing was too much of an ask for them.
They arrived at our new property with the same level of gusto! There were a few issues we found at the house when we arrived but the lads worked around these with ease.
Their care around our items, speed of work and quality of work has not gone un-noticed.
They made moving day a good laugh for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to book you guys again.
Prior to the move I also had to re-arrange the moving date a number of times, Sonia and the reception staff we’re fantastic at keeping in touch and getting me a new date set up. I’m so glad we chose AGB because I have nothing but praise to give!

Luke and Daz were amazing perfect gentlemen, nothing was a problem to them.
They couldn’t have been anymore helpful if they tried.
Being a disabled/vulnerable adult I was a little apprehensive at the start as I thought it might be a more difficult job but Luke and Daz made me feel so comfortable with all the stress that a move entails.
They were fantastic in every department.
I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron and his team to anyone.
Also, my quote was by far the cheapest but the service I got did not disappoint and did not reflect how cheap the cost was.
All in all they went above and beyond to make my experience so easy with no stress at all.

I should have left this review earlier so that I could personally mention the 3 men that carried out the job. Unfortunately I’ve since forgotten but wanted to say thank you very much for making the move a lot easier. We packed up the house ourselves but the loading on and off and dismantling/assembling large items was done with ease.
Nothing was too much to ask and they happily filled a van full of very heavy plant pots.
They were efficient, chatty and very friendly.
My parents were very pleased. Thank you.

A credit To your company
We used AGB to move from Staffordshire to Sussex in late September 2018.
When we had our valuation with The Director we made him aware that the items would be going into storage, The Director then said that that was fine and when we did get the items out of storage, if there were any issues or damage to contact him and let him know and that he would still cover this as it was only going into storage. He also told us that he personally would be doing the job as it was such a big move (This was the first of the lies to come.)
All seemed well and the move went successfully and we were even able to give a few things away eg a lawn mower etc which was great for us.
When we got our stuff out of storage we found that
1) The brackets to my bed had been lost as they were not with the other tools to put the bed back together. I contacted The Director in regards to this which he explained that as he had fallen out with the boys who he used to move us that he wouldn’t be able to find out where they were and didn’t want to contact them. And advised me to contact dreams which I did and they sent some out for free. (this did take over 4 weeks to arrive at an inconvenience to me)
2) My 6ft Desk worth over £300 had been completely destroyed.
I contacted The Director about this in late April. Over the 9 weeks since I have had nothing but an absolute nightmare. I have spoken to both The Director and other staff members about this. Who have both given me contradicting information.
I have had excuse after excuse from both of them anything from
- ‘We are very busy and The Director will do this when he can’
- ‘The Director is away I can’t do the banking’
- ‘What are you bank details’ (I gave them this 4 times in the end.)
- ‘I can’t do anything as my child is in hospital’
- ‘Our vans broke down today so I haven’t got time.”
And that’s just to name a few. We had originally the Director was trying to see if the desk could be fixed and then agreed that as the desk couldn’t been fixed due to the amount of damage that it had and would pay £150 to pay for it to be removed. Well I have been waiting for over 9 week for this to be paid to me after over 20 phones calls and numerous texts to both the other staff member and The Director. I rung The Director today he didn’t ring me back but texted back saying that he would only be willing to pay £75 now. As I am completely fed up with trying to sort this mess out I have agreed to this and its finally be paid to me. I believe that that the reason the amount had now been saddest cadged is due to funding issues as The Director originally told me that the company wouldn’t be able to pay this and that he would have to pay this out of this own pocket. (but this might have been another one of the many lies I have received)
Sadly I would never normally complain but this has been a horrible experience I would never want anyone to ever go though again.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU MIGHT AS WELL PUT YOUR MONEY DOWN A DRAIN, THEY LIE, IGNORE YOU AND ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys were polite and diligent. Pretty sure they barely even stopped for lunch! Bobby, Andy and Paul worked the entire day and really took the stress out of the move. Can’t fault them at all and the booking and quotation process was not only reasonable but quick too. Also never an issue when calling them to answer a few questions we had. 5*

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving property.
The guys packed the van on the Friday while we were out at work. Aaron said this was their preference. When we got home we found items had been packed that we didn't want packing and in every room at least a couple of items that they had left. This was because the van they were using wasn't big enough! We ended up having to pack both our cars full of stuff because of this.
When we got to the storage unit, I was told that one of the guys hadn't turned up so we were left with one guy and his teenage son to unload a three bed house into storage. I had to spend the whole day helping or it would have taken them all day and night.
We realised soon after the move that our one year old sons money box had gone missing during the move.
I would not recommend this company, an unprofessional service from start to finish
